My points of emphasis

Endless information and different forms of therapy are available to us these days – but what will help the individual patient in their unique situation, how much of what treatment, how long for and what combination? “Taking time for the whole person and harnessing the healing powers of nature”, more can often be achieved than in established medicine, where there is rarely enough time to understand and thus effectively treat the individual patient.

Why do we need empirical medicine?

Our relatively young university-based medical centres provide excellent diagnostic equipment, but in the case of chronic illnesses, they sometimes only offer therapies that are fraught with side effects. Nutrition is also not part of the medical degree courses. This is where empirical medicine comes into play, having been applied sucessfully for many years and therefore inspiring confidence. Much of this is currently being scientifically confirmed.

Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM

China has a tradition of empirical medicine that goes back over 3000 years, i. e. only what has been effective is used further. The aim of TCM was and is to bring the whole person back into balance. This corresponds to the current research in psycho-neuro-immunology (networking of body, mind & soul, nervous and immune system)

TCM supports…

1. patients with functional disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, intolerances to foodstuffs, menstrual problems.

2. health care: multitasking and multimedia cost energy. TCM promotes physical and mental relaxation, revitalisation, enhances immune systems, good ageing.

3. you whentrying to conceive or if you are suffering from serious illnesses such as allergies, chronic inflammatory diseases (rheumatism, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.) and especially cancer.

Naturopathic support for cancer

In addition to conventional standard cancer therapies, an individual treatment plan is created depending on the type of tumour, tumour stage and, above all, the condition of the individual.
For example, herbal medicine, medicinal mushrooms, sensible nutritional supplements, psychological support, individualised nutritional advice and acupuncture are used.

Revitalisation

Multiple stressors can lead to serious illness – naturopathy promotes customised revitalisation for better performance and quality of life.
